As a Loader and Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in our success. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging warmly with customers and assisting them with any questions or needs. Retrieving, loading, and safely transporting merchandise for our valued customers. Supporting customers and team members in moving goods efficiently throughout the store. Restocking shelves to ensure the store is well-prepared for future shoppers. Your safety is our priority; you will frequently be lifting and moving merchandise during your shifts. Travel Requirements: Typically, this position does not require travel; however, occasional visits to other locations may be necessary for meetings or training sessions. What We're Looking For This Full Time position generally involves 39 to 40 hours per week, while Part Time roles require up to 25 hours weekly. We seek candidates who can work flexible shifts during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week. It's important that you have the physical capacity to stand, sit, and perform a variety of tasks throughout the workday. You should be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently and have the capability to lift heavier items with help. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of experience in computer usage, including data entry and retrieval. Familiarity with retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets, for at least 6 months. The ability to obtain any necessary sales-related licenses or registrations as required by law. Preferred Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience in a retail setting. 6 months of experience working as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware store. Experience in any department of a Lowe's retail store for at least 6 months. 6 months of experience in retail merchandising, which includes zone recovery, stocking, pricing, and maintaining the store’s appearance. 6 months of experience in handling product transportation, including inspecting, loading, and unloading goods.
