OVERVIEW This position is responsible for all warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receiving & Inspection of all deliveries Use computer/internet based system to accurately receive, inventory & ship equipment Communicate via email/teams/phone (if required) with other departments inside Singer Kittredge Responsible for accurately picking equipment from warehouse based on provided documentation and assembling/building correctly for delivery to construction sites. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. (forklift & pallet jack) Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. The duties and responsibilities described are not necessarily an exhaustive list. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2-4 years of experience Teamwork Must possess strong communication, customer service, and organization skills. Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
