Your Day at Lowe's Your main tasks will include: Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting them in their projects. Stocking merchandise through unloading freight and organizing shelves. Ensuring store operations run smoothly by verifying deliveries and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures regarding hazardous materials and equipment. Operating store equipment, including scanners and other tools, as needed. Collaborating with your team to complete various tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Travel Requirements While this role typically does not require regular travel, you may occasionally travel for meetings or training sessions. Working Conditions You will experience varying environmental conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. Proper lifting methods are crucial, with guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifting is encouraged for heavier items. You will be trained in operating powered equipment.
