Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU with Magna Decostar in Piedmont, SC. As a Forklift Operator, you will support warehouse operations by safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize materials. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer Pay of $19.50 - $20.25 per hour based on the shift Day and night shift positions available Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Overtime available Weekends and OT can be optional or mandatory Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Shipping and receiving experience (preferred) Recent 6 month to 1 year Sit-down Forklift experience Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with other department team members as well as the Decostar management team What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator Receive and load materials for shipment Maintain and organize the warehouse and parts areas Monitor parts and materials locations Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe work conditions to the Team Leader Strive to meet or exceed daily departmental performance objectives as directed by the Team Leader Maintain a clean working environment and report any malfunctioning equipment Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction Perform other tasks as assigned Join us for walk-in interviews every Monday through Thursday.
