Job Full Description Assembly Cell Operator - Specialty LED LightingPay: $19.81/hour Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:15pm Friday 7:00am-12:00pm Position Summary: The primary responsibility for this position is the assembly of lighting fixtures from start to finish and packaging of products. This local business produces LED lights and are driving the lighting industry's transformation to smart technology; we want you to be a part of it. A Typical Day Includes: Assembling lighting fixtures by reading/interpreting blueprints Use of basic hand and power tools (pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers) Building light fixtures to hit hourly quota Function as area material handler (moving materials and products) Understand, demonstrate, and maintain proficiency in electrical safety procedures General housekeeping as needed Physical Requirements: Lifting 50-75 lbs as needed Standing all day Stopping, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, reaching above, light climbing Qualifications: Basic knowledge of assembly and moderate mechanical understanding Able to read off blueprints to assemble light fixtures Able to read and understand English Self-motivated, able to work quickly, detailed, and adaptable Safety: Safety glasses required at all times (provided by the company) If you like working with tools, enjoy a hands-on job, and want to be part of a team that makes products people actually use, please consider calling our office at 507-457-3311 and ask to speak with an Employment Specialist for more information!
