Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Truss Assemblers. In this role, you will perform repetitive assembly tasks on a production line to build structural building components such as wall panels, roof trusses, and floor trusses. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, following instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Assemble building material components such as wall panels, roof trusses, and floor trussesPosition, clamp, splice, and fit materials together using hand tools and air-powered toolsRead and interpret set-up sheets, work orders, drawings, or basic blueprints to complete assembly tasksGather required materials and tools to prepare for production ordersInspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality specificationsMaintain consistent work pace to meet daily and weekly production goalsFollow instructions and training provided by supervisors or experienced team membersAdhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent workplace injuriesParticipate in safety meetings and support continuous safety improvementsAssist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAbility to safely use a variety of hand and power toolsBasic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to read and understand simple diagrams or blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Work Environment Manufacturing environment with varying temperaturesDusty and noisy conditions when machines and tools are in operationRequired use of personal protective equipment including eye protection, ear protection, and steel-toed bootsOvertime may be required depending on production needs Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of timeFrequently lift and carry up to 75 poundsOccasionally lift up to 100 poundsAbility to perform repetitive movements and manual tasks throughout the shift IND2
