Perks and Benefits for Forklift Operatorposition: $16 an hour Monday-Friday, some Saturdays if needed Weekly Pay Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job duties for Forklift Operator: Load and unload materials from trailers Weigh, label, and store processed materials Provide weight tickets to front office for billing Ensure proper tare weight program usage per spec sheets Operate balers, granulators, trash compactor, and other equipment Perform forklift inspections, document findings, and report issues to supervisor Maintain and service forklift, reporting major concerns Sweep and clean work areas including trailers, equipment, scales, and warehouse floors Empty facility trash containers and complete daily scale inspections Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Desired Skills for Forklift Operator position: Ability to become certified in forklift operation 6+ months forklift operation experience preferred Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and safety standards Capable of working in loud, wet, dusty, and physically demanding environments with hot/cold temperature changes Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to train others while performing job duties Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors Perform well in high-stress situations If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
