Responsibilities include performing 45-minute to 1-hour initial evaluations and managing 20-30 minute follow-up appointments for medication checks. The clinician will participate in weekly case meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary support staff including LMHC, case managers, and social workers. The position requires maintaining detailed documentation using the facility's electronic health record system while working a flexible part-time schedule of 10 hours per week primarily Monday through Thursday.
