Virtual Hospitalist Opening in Charlestown, MA - Located 17 miles from BostonAbout the Job: Seeking a BC/BE Virtural Hospitalist Full-time, permanent position This is NOT a remote position. You'll be based out of our state-of-the-art Command Center in Charlestown, MA. Provide inpatient-level care in the comfort of a patient's home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalization This innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post-acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience. Work collaboratively in a team environment (Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in both the Command Center and patients' homes. Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals/nutrient consultations, pharmacy/medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME/oxygen. Enjoy integrated care with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments. Education and Experience BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Experience as a hospitalist or in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus. - Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse patient population.
