Position Warehouse Order Picker Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time DescriptionPosition Summary: The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. General warehouse housekeeping duties in receiving area to maintain a clean and organized workspace Other duties as assigned by supervisor and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities: Transport raw materials to production workstation. Notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies or damages found during receiving process. Monitor production flow and report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, including routine sanitation and waste removal Participate in safety training and adhere to all OSHA and company policies Assist team members and support continuous improvement efforts as directed Required Skills & Competencies: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or variances Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and production tracking Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and take direction Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required 2 years of Standup forklift experience or certification Previous warehouse experience Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-12 hours depending on shift) Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs (depending on facility requirements) Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions may be required Work may occur in climate control envirnoment or safety PPE requirements This position is currently accepting applications.
