Job Description: Position Details: Sunday-Thursday; start 6pm until Finish Starting pay $21 per hour Walk-ins welcome Monday - Thursday from 9a-4p! Position Summary: Join our dedicated team in selecting food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. You will assist in transporting completed orders to the shipping dock, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are maintained throughout the process. This role is perfect for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment; report any unsafe conditions immediately. Prepare for operations by reviewing the work schedule and obtaining necessary supplies while conducting safety checks on equipment. Meet productivity and accuracy standards as outlined by the company. Operate pallet jacks to locate and transport products. Manually place stock items on pallets according to order sheets; use single or double pallets as necessary. Transport completed orders to the shipping dock, ensuring proper labeling and packaging for shipment. Conduct battery maintenance and inspections on equipment as required. Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives. Qualifications: Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as necessary. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Capability to lift, stack, and pull products weighing from 10-35 lbs regularly and up to approximately 60-100 lbs. Comfortable working in different temperature environments including dry, cooler, and freezer settings. Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check. Ability to become certified on equipment during training. Self-motivated to complete required training.
