This hands-on position supports all warehouse departments, including Value Added Assembly, Shipping, Receiving, and Order Pulling. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role requires physical stamina, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions: Provide daily hands-on support for warehouse operations across all sub-departments Package customer orders according to order requests Rotate and train on each warehouse function (Receiving, Pulling, Shipping) Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to optimize workflow Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Fast learner with willingness to improve Strong organizational and time management skills Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Suite and warehouse scanning software) Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy Preferred Education and Experience 1-3 years of warehouse experience, including: Picking and pulling orders Quality control (QC) Scanning and computer use Assembly Packaging Not required, but valued skills/experience include: Bar scanning Auto bagging machines Forklift operation Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) Frequent use of computer systems Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for 99% of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Competencies: Teamwork Communication Proficiency Collaboration Flexibility Attention to Detail Time Management Integrity Accountability Multitasking Ability Results-Oriented
