Join Our Warehouse Team! As a Forklift Operator Specialist, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to unload transport trucks delivering finished products and organize them in their designated spaces. You will also assist in loading empty pallets and plastic storage items back to the manufacturing location, as well as loading multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks. This position involves some housekeeping duties, which include recycling materials, mopping, sweeping, and maintaining cleanliness standards within the warehouse. It is important to note that you must pass a Forklift Driving Skills test to qualify for this role. You should be prepared to lift cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly, and be capable of carrying and lifting items while reaching, bending, climbing, and walking to ensure smooth product movement across the warehouse. Please be aware that this position may require periodic shifts on weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse protocols Ensure a safe and organized storage environment for all handled items Maintain cleanliness in your assigned areas, including the yard and warehouse Reload route trucks in a timely and safe manner Sort and store returned partial cases of products from route trucks Keep daily checklists accurate (including pre-trip inspections) Adhere to GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES, safety guidelines, and food safety standards May collaborate with production equipment and related technologies Meet established performance and productivity targets Exhibit regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
