Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday Friday 7a-5p. 4 days per week Patients per day: 20 Practice Setting: Clinic Scope: Inpatient State Licensure: Idaho state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Idaho Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
