Pay Range: $45-52 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: Up to $10k for full-time, $5k for part-time. If you enjoy teamwork and are committed to patient care, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate dental care to all patients. Perform patient care tasks such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and more under dentist supervision. Provide exceptional customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care. Educate patients and their families on effective oral hygiene practices. Assess patient dental needs while reviewing medical histories. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company standards. Guide patients through treatment processes with empathy and understanding. Assist with dental and perio charting as needed. Take and securely store x-rays in patient records when necessary. Create memorable experiences for patients and their families. Qualifications: Current Dental Hygienist licensure in good standing.
