Dental Hygienist - VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System Location: Multiple Sites Across Greater Los Angeles, CA Pay: $63.36 to $70 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift Contract Duration: Starting November 20, 2025 | 1-Year Contract with 4 Optional Renewal Years All Med Staffing Inc. is seeking experienced Dental Hygienists to join the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Locations Include: - VA Greater Los Angeles Hospital - Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA - Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center - North Hills, CA - Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center - East Temple St, Los Angeles, CA - Ventura Outpatient Clinic - Ralston St, Ventura, CA Key Responsibilities: - Perform dental assessments, cleanings (scaling/root planing), and periodontal charting - Take and interpret radiographs (bitewing, periapical, panoramic) - Provide patient education on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and tobacco cessation - Assist in pre/post-operative periodontal care - Maintain dental equipment and operatory to OSHA/infection control standards - Manage recall and follow-up for high-risk patients - Use CPRS and DRM Plus for charting and documentation Qualifications: - Associate Degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program - Active California Dental Hygiene License - Certification in radiologic procedures (meets 42 CFR Part 75 standards) - Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist - Current BLS and/or CPR certification - Valid TB test Why Join Us? - Competitive hourly rate: $58-$63.36/hr based on experience - Serve the Veteran community with pride - Long-term contract opportunity - Multiple locations across Southern California - Referral bonuses available!
