Dentist Schedule: 4-5 day work week as desired Dental Practice Overview: Modern operatories Fully staffed with experienced long-term staff. New, high-end equipment and technology PPO and fee-for-service with a light percentage of Medicaid Peloton Gym, large kitchen/break room. Company and team outings Dentist Compensation & Benefits: Daily guarantee for the first 90 days to get you settled in. Net Production with a tiered bonus program 30% $50,000, 32% $100,000, 34% $150,000. CE Credits and includes 50% matching up to $5000.00. Opportunity for partnership will be available after 1 2 years, if desired. 1099 or W2 Ideal Dentist Candidate: Super GP / Experienced clinical director that is comprehensively trained with a track record of performing comprehensive dentistry.
