About the Opportunity We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on chronic pain, brain injury rehabilitation, and behavioral medicine. What You'll Do Clinical Assessment & DiagnosisConduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral health assessmentsPerform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plansAdminister and interpret psychological/neuropsychological testing (as applicable)Therapeutic ServicesProvide evidence-based individual and group therapyTreat patients with chronic pain, trauma, brain injury, and co-occurring conditionsFacilitate psychoeducational groups (coping skills, stress management, mindfulness, etc.)Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 24 clinical contact hours per weekCollaboration & Care CoordinationPartner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated careParticipate in case conferences and treatment planning discussionsCoordinate with internal and external providers to optimize patient outcomesDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentationEnsure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards What We're Looking For RequiredPh.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institutionActive, unrestricted California Psychologist licenseExperience providing assessments, therapy, and treatment planningStrong communication and collaboration skillsFor NeuropsychologistsMinimum 2 years of supervised experience in neuropsychological evaluationPreferredExperience in chronic pain, brain injury, or rehabilitation settingsTraining in CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, or health psychologyBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Why This Role Work in a collaborative, team-based medical settingMake a direct impact on complex, high-need patient populationsStructured weekday schedule no nights or weekendsCompetitive compensation with strong clinical support
