Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessmentsProvide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapyDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansApply DSM-based diagnostic formulations within scope of practiceFacilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups (pain management, coping skills, mindfulness, etc.)Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain a minimum of 24 patient contact hours per weekMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationParticipate in case conferences, care coordination, and treatment planning Qualifications Required:Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited programActive, unrestricted California LCSW licenseMinimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experienceExperience conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plansExperience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical settingAbility to provide evidence-based behavioral health interventionsAbility to assess, diagnose, and document mental health conditions using DSM criteriaStrong documentation skills with the ability to maintain compliance standardsAbility to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare teamStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage time, prioritize caseloads, and meet productivity expectationsAbility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards Preferred Experience Experience in interdisciplinary medical, behavioral health, or specialty clinic settingsExperience working with patients with chronic pain or complex medical conditionsTraining in CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, or trauma-informed careExperience facilitating therapeutic or psychoeducational groupsFamiliarity with functional restoration or integrated care modelsSpanish/English bilingual proficiency or experience working with diverse populationsExperience using EMR systemsExperience providing staff education, training, or clinical consultation Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily seated role with extended computer useFrequent use of standard office and clinical equipmentOccasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting (up to lbs)Requires clear verbal and written communication with patients and staffModerate noise level typical of a clinical/office setting Why Join Collaborative, team-based care modelStructured weekday schedule (no nights or weekends)Opportunity to work with complex and meaningful patient populationsCompetitive compensation and supportive clinical environment
