To support consistency and continuity of care, a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week is required for all staff. Position Overview The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves implementing physician-approved plans of care, monitoring patient progress, and delivering treatment that meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality within the home setting.
