Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Make a Difference in Outpatient Care! Are you an experienced CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a dynamic outpatient surgery environment? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team starting May 1, 2026. This full-time role offers a stable contract for one year, with potential for extension, and the chance to work in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical center delivering a broad range of procedures to diverse patient populations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to both adult and pediatric patients across specialties such as orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmology, endoscopy, ENT, dental, and general surgeries. The center features four ORs, with daily patient volumes between 6-15, ensuring a busy and stimulating work environment. You will utilize Epic EMR systems, working within a collaborative team to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care during daytime shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Required Skills: Board Certification as a CRNA Valid PA license Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Proven experience in outpatient surgical anesthesia Strong communication and patient management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with diverse surgical procedures (Orthopedic, GYN, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental) Previous experience in outpatient surgery centers Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Preferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, preferably in outpatient settings Familiarity with Epic EMR system Other Requirements: Valid PA license issued by the state Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS Ability to complete credentialing process within approximately 90 days, with efforts to expedite Willingness to work 5 days a week, 8-hour daytime shifts Compensation: Hourly Rate: $229.11 Take your anesthesia expertise to a thriving outpatient facility where your skills make a meaningful impact every day.
