The clinician will round on 15-18 patients daily while managing new admissions averaging 5-7 patients and coordinating discharges averaging 4-5 patients per day. Responsibilities include handling approximately 3 new consultations plus follow-ups daily, covering psychiatric emergencies, and managing patients across 2 adult psychiatric units totaling 37 beds with typical census of 30+ patients.
