Required Skills: Valid and active CRNA certification and state licensureProven experience in anesthetic administration across various surgical specialtiesExcellent clinical judgment and decision-making skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently within a medically supervised, care team modelProficiency in monitoring and managing anesthesia in a variety of procedural settingsNice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic and minimally invasive proceduresFamiliarity with pediatric anesthesia and complex case managementBilingual communication skillsAdditional certifications such as ACLS or PALSPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of post-graduate anesthesia practicePrior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment involving ENT, general, orthopedic, pediatric, vascular, thoracic, Urology, and regional proceduresOther Requirements: Availability to work day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, 5 days a weekWillingness to support multiple ORs, GI rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath labTravel or licensure reimbursement as applicableCompliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocolsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team that values your expertise and commitment.
