Warehouse Associate Humano is currently seeking 2nd shift warehouse associates in the Jacksonville, FL area for warehouse tasks. This position involves manual unloading containers of product and palletizing them in the warehouse, requiring the ability to lift 20-50lbs regularly. Shift - Full time 5 days a week 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (occasional overtime during peak season) Qualifications - Ability to lift 40-70 pounds regularly (using dolly when necessary) - Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting - Must live locally to the Jacksonville, FL area Responsibilities - Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment - Work efficiently to maximize earnings - Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities - Utilize medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off benefits offered by the company Benefits - Starting pay of $18.00-$25.00 per hour - Pay is based on weekly productivity metrics set by the client.
