This Project Accountant will support multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, partnering closely with Project Managers and subcontractors. Responsibilities Manage project billing including AIA G702/G703 and compliance documentation Track project costs, budgets, and percent complete Partner with Project Managers to monitor financial performance and variances Support subcontractor billing, documentation, and contract compliance Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and project reporting Ensure accurate and timely financial tracking across multiple active projects Qualifications 3+ years of project accounting experience (construction or infrastructure preferred) Experience with AIA billing (G702/G703) and public sector compliance (IDOT, CDOT a plus) Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project financials This Project Accountant role is ideal for someone with construction accounting experience who wants visibility, stability, and the opportunity to influence processes.
