Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Responsible for the accurate movement of boxes and products in and out of inventory storage areas. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with the daily intake of goods and the preparation of outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Order Preparation: Carefully pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards and documentation. Facility Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor to ensure peak operational efficiency. Equipment Operation: Willingness to be trained and certified on a forklift to assist with heavy lifting and high-level inventory organization. General Support: Assist the warehouse leadership team with various operational tasks as needed to meet daily production goals. Experience and Qualifications: Reliability: A proven track record of being punctual and dependable is the most critical requirement for this role. Responsibility: A high degree of personal accountability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Ability: Capability to routinely lift, move, and transport boxes and inventory items throughout the shift.
