Your Impact The Warehouse Specialist II plays a key role in our Receiving department by efficiently managing the picking, pulling, receiving, labeling, and stocking of purchase orders. You will be dedicated to handling products safely while ensuring their quality is maintained at all times. What You Will Do Utilize power equipment (e.g., forklift) to unload truck deliveries and systematically organize and store items. Receive purchase orders efficiently and accurately, checking for any damage and comparing against invoices and/or packing lists. Pull products from warehouse shelves correctly based on item specifications such as number, size, color, and quantity. Prepare and stage completed purchase orders accurately for timely delivery. Ensure the accuracy of items picked from shelves and staged for delivery by assisting fellow warehouse associates. Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations by completing all receiving tasks swiftly and effectively. Learn and execute tasks across various functions, including picking, pulling, labeling, shipping, and delivery assistance as assigned by management. Act as an Individual Contributor by taking ownership of your area of work. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; General Studies or Trade School Graduate preferred. 1-2 years of experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings. Physically capable of moving throughout the facility, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating power equipment. Commitment to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. Ability to adapt to various environmental conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy settings. Strong safety awareness, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills/Education Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck). Proven ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
