No prior professional caregiving experience is required - we provide comprehensive paid training! Key Responsibilities: Personal Care Services: Assist clients with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and mobility to support independence and comfort. Companionship & Emotional Support: Build meaningful relationships and promote emotional well-being through conversation, presence, and social activities. Home Support Services: Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping, meal preparation, and occasional errands.
