This position is production-driven and best suited for technicians who are efficient, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Pallet Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets to meet required grade, quality, and production standards. This role requires consistent output, accurate repairs, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Technicians are expected to maintain productivity while following safety procedures and quality guidelines.
