This role involves using hand tools and small machines while following clear, repetitive assembly instructions to meet quality standards.Responsibilities Assemble small parts using hand tools and basic machinery Follow simple blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor guidance Inspect parts for quality and rework if needed Clean parts using air hoses, cloths, or cleaning solutions Package finished parts by labeling, bagging, and boxing for shipment Help maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace Ability to read basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Comfortable standing for up to 10 hours Able to lift up to 45 pounds Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic English reading and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and able to follow directions Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elon, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
