Position: Forklift Operator Shift: 2nd Shift 4 p.m. - 2 a.m. Monday - Thursday Pay: $21.00 Plus $0.75 Shift Differential We are looking for candidates with the following skills: At least 6 months previous warehouse experience Prior forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual Consistent work history Reliable transportation Join the world's largest logistics company! Role Purpose As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently moving stock within our warehouse. This includes loading and unloading shipments of various sizes and operating equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts, as well as electric pallet jacks. You'll work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused environment, handling products that are essential to people's daily lives. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various types of forklifts or other power equipment for 80% of your shift. Prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantities and types are loaded. Maintain accurate inventory records and reports. Follow OSHA and MSDS standards for safety. Verify load accuracy, check load count, stability, and report any damage or discrepancies. Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor the power source as needed. Keep equipment and materials organized and clean. Assist in conducting physical inventories. Complete daily inspections of equipment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift training program within your first 30 days of employment. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months of warehouse experience preferred. Six months of forklift operation experience preferred. Our organization is an equal opportunity employer.
