Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To perform the Inventory Clerk job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Inventory Control: Maintains accurate inventory levels and performs stock checks & cycle counts. Completes year-end inventory counts, and cycle counting as needed. Customer/Internal Support: Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers. Ordering & Procurement: Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment. Data Entry & Reporting: Use D365 & Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing. Shipping & Receiving: Serves as the back-up to primary Shipping & Receiving, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns. High school diploma or GED A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred Qualification/Skills: The skills listed below are representative of the technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.
