About the Role As a caregiver, you’ll make a real difference in someone’s daily life by helping them remain independent at home. Schedules are flexible and may include day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts, with some clients needing as little as four hours of care. Care may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, personal care assistance (such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding), dementia support, and clear communication with our office team. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for caregivers with reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a loved one. A willingness to learn is essential, and we’re happy to provide training and support along the way.
