Locums - Rochester, New Hampshire NP/PA Nocturnist Opportunity Clinical Role Join a low-volume, well-supported nocturnist position ideal for an experienced NP or PA seeking flexible night coverage with minimal admissions and strong backup support.Start Date: June 26, 2026Contract Length: 3 monthsPosition Highlights:Night shift only (6p-6a)Light workload with low admission volumeFlexible schedule: 8-10 shifts per monthNo procedures requiredStrong physician and tele-ICU support Schedule & Coverage Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM8-10 shifts per monthConsistent nocturnist schedule Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: HospitalICU: Open ICU (5 beds)Patient volume: Very manageableTypical Night Includes:0-3 medical admissions0-3 rehab and psych consultsResponsibilities Include:Managing overnight admissionsPerforming patient evaluations and care coordinationCollaborating with supervising physician (available by phone)Coordinating with tele-ICU for higher acuity management Support & Technology Emergency Medicine physicians available for proceduresTele-ICU team manages drips and ventilatorsSupervising physician available for consultation Requirements NP or PA certification requiredActive state license requiredExperience in hospital medicine or nocturnist role preferredRecruitWell can arrange a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
