Palm Health Resources is seeking an Experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their team for a full-time permanent opportunity! About the Role: Join a dynamic Emergency Department at a regional hospital serving seven surrounding countries. Level 3 Trauma center, offering a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where you will work alongside board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and a dedicated team of nurses and techs. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with RVU-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. What You'll Do: Provide patient care in both fast track and main ER settingsPerform sutures, splinting, and other essential ER procedures (no intubation required).Manage a diverse patient population, with daily volumes ranging from 125-185 patients. Work collaboratively with on-site MDs (24/7 coverage) and a strong support team of RNs and techs. Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.What we're looking for:Minimum of 5 years experience preferred. Certified NP or PA with ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (BLS not required with ACLS).Strong clinical judgement and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environmentsDirect ER experience required.
