General Laborer / Material Sorter Location: Florham Park, NJ Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Material Sorter capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, and possessing good measuring and mathematical skills. The role involves sorting and tagging materials to ensure proper segregation and handling within the melt shop. Check every piece of internally generated scrap for use. Gather materials to be sorted and transport them to the melt shop. Maintain segregation of red and yellow tagged material in the melt shop. Properly tag materials that have been sorted. Ensure any unchecked material has a red tag before entering the melt shop. Maintain housekeeping of the scrap area. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
