General Laborer The End of Line Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on role involves managing inventory, proper storage, and transferring shipments to the warehouse while complying with all legal and safety procedures. The position requires close collaboration with the Line Manager. Responsibilities: Manage all activities and operations at the end of the line. Follow all safety, process, and operational procedures for cutters and grinders. Complete paperwork and End of Line SPC Tests every 30 minutes. Conduct LT% checks every 15 minutes and make necessary corrections. Identify basic sheet faults and notify appropriate personnel of unusual issues. Inform the shift leader or line/operations manager about quality and process concerns. Perform Appendix changes including Tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc. Replace tape and barcodes as needed. Execute length and width changes. Conduct pallet changes and inkjet messaging. Enter orders in SAP. Perform other duties and activities as directed. Essential Skills: Experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing or production environments. Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes. Adherence to safe manufacturing and material handling practices. 6 months of manufacturing or production experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP is advantageous. Ability to achieve 75% completion in categories PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 before advancing to Operator-in-Training status. Why Work Here?
