We are hiring a Dental Director! Come join our oral health team and be a part of our exceptional clinical team within our Integrated Health Center serving patients in Superior, Wisconsin and Duluth, and Carlton, Minnesota. This position serves as the organization s chief dental officer, providing leadership and direction for dental services and clinical quality consistent with organizational goals and strategies.The Dental Director ensures high-quality, patient-centered dental care and alignment with the health center s mission to provide accessible and comprehensive care to all. The Director serves as both a practicing dentist and an administrative leader, leading, managing, and motivating a dedicated oral health team as you deliver quality-focused oral health care services to our communities, including those in our underserved communities. Our oral health team provides services in a team-based approach to patient care.Our Integrated Health Center is committed to expanding access to quality health care by fostering an intentionally welcoming environment for all.
