Opportunity: Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program. Details: Full-time and part-time opportunities available 7-on / 7-off scheduling model with predictable shifts Day shift: 7:00 am 5:00 pm (average 12 patients per shift) Swing shift: 4:00 pm 2:00 am (average 7 8 admissions per shift) Highly autonomous role within a supportive team structure No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed) Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable Daily team huddles and monthly meetings focused on collaboration and patient experience Utilizes EPIC and internal informatics platforms Minimum 1 year of acute care hospitalist experience preferred Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required Strong culture of teamwork, professional development, and community involvement Compensation: $120,000+ depending on shift plus incentives that can add quite a bit to annual earnings - Commencement bonus and relocation
