Then we want you to become a part of our growing SLTeam!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and engage clients in a positive and friendly mannerProvide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clientsShare pricing and class information with prospective clientsDrive new client conversion by following SLT's In Studio Sales Strategy ProtocolsDeliver Megaformer machine demos to new clientsComplete studio tours with new clientsWork alongside and support SLT instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experienceEnsure complete knowledge of Mariana Tek systemAssist Management with day-to-day operations of the studioEnsure prompt response to studio emails; notify Studio Manager if neededUnderstand SLT product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail operationsComplete basic Megaformer machine maintenanceActively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class so each client receives the best SLT experienceAssist in retail inventory at the end of the monthComplete opening and/or closing checklistsPerform other studio duties as neededQUALIFICATIONSMariana Tek software experience a plusLeadership experience a plusMust have superior customer service skillsMust have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlookMust be highly organizedAbility to work independently as well as on a teamShould have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior managementMust be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.WORK REQUIREMENTSMust be available to work:Minimum of two shifts per week; minimum 4 hours eachAbility to work flexible hours; early morning/late night/weekendsSome holidays (open year-round)Please indicate your week over week availability as specifically as possible in the questions attachedPERKSFree drop-in classes at any SLT locationDrop in partnerships at various fitness studios around NYCDiscounts on wellness services in NYCRetail DiscountSLT actively seeks a diverse applicant pool in order to build the strongest possible team.
