Overview Responsible for care of all interior and exterior landscaping. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, maintenance of artificial plants. Responsibilities Performs ground keeping and building maintenance duties. Mows lawns Landscape by planting flowers, grass shrubs and bushes as needed. Apply fertilizer to enhance growth as needed Knowledge of Irrigation Systems Knowledge of herbicides and pesticides Sweep walkways of debris Trim trees and palms as needed. Trim shrubs and pull weeds as needed. Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in department Rake, mulch and prune the grounds as needed Ability to occasionally work in high places Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school education, 1 year minimum work experience in landscaping. Knowledge of sprinkler systems. Minimum age requirement is 18.
