Penn Machinery NOW HIRING Project Manager-Power Systems Medford, NYPay: $90,000-$120,000/year (dependent on experience)Bonus: 20% bonus potentialBenefits:Medical/dental/vision insurance401(k) with company matchHolidays & competitive PTOCompany laptop & cell phoneKey qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related industryExperience or knowledge of working with mechanical or electrical systems preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a creative, solutions-oriented mindsetProven decision-making skills with sound judgmentHighly self-motivated and able to demonstrate the highest level of professionalismAbility to understand complex processes and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to travel to jobsites and attend factory testing as requiredValid driver's license requiredResponsibilities: Effectively and efficiently manage power systems projectsAccurately and efficiently oversee the coordination, procurement, and delivery of products to ensure project successAssure cost control of the assigned projects to maximize profit, including timely closeoutEffectively and efficiently schedule the startup service and testing with manager or service departmentMake site visits and/or meetings as required for customer installation assistanceEffectively communicate and evaluate technical information to customers, vendors, and other H.O.
