Job Summary: This position provides sales and administrative support focused on project scope and requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the following. Coordinate with Service Department on commissioning/start-up.Ability to read and understand project specifications and plansDevelop scope and project requirements as related to generators and transfer switchesPrepare cost estimates and equipment bidsDistribute estimates upon requestDevelop and follow a bid schedule and respond to customer request for bidsSupport the unit sales representativesPut together submittal documentation booklets Report quotations, sales, and project schedulePrepare and complete submittal, when project is awardedSchedule and coordinate deliveries for equipmentOther duties as assignedQualifications/Experience/Education/Skills: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school preferred.Must have one to three-years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Mechanical/Electrical background preferred.Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems.
