Located in a Southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio off I271 &480 E. Broadway Forbes exit.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient On Site Lead to join our team in Mason, Ohio. As the On Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritizationEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsPerform regular building walk-through's and inspections. Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.Replenish suppliesMaintain and repair equipmentFill in for absent employees. Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reportsImplement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazardsProvide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environmentTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessaryMonday thru Friday 3pm- 11pm flexibility to work some weekends if required. QualificationsProven experience as an On Site Lead in the Facilities Management/Janitorial industryAbility to Provide supervison and training of new employees, as well as give daily direction and work lists. Strong leadership and team management skillsMust be able to work without supervisExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilitiesOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesA sense of urgency to complete tasks. Total knowledge of commercial cleaning, hard floor care, carpet care, upholstery cleaning, carpet spotting and window washing. Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends and holidaysClean Criminal Background and Reliable Transportation Required.
