Adecco is hiring a **Manufacturing Press Assistant** in El Dorado Hills, CA for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where under general supervision, you'll support the Press Operators with duties required to gather, inspect, and stage all the necessary components of a job and perform supporting tasks, including but not limited to: verify the availability of components, mount plates, stage tooling, stage materials, ink and cassettes, providing necessary documents to the staged job, perform planned maintenance, organize tooling and perform limited repairs. **Pay & Schedule:** + $18.00-$19.00 per hour depending on shift + Some Overtime required + We have a variety of full-time schedules available: Monday - Friday + 1st 6:00AM to 2:30PM or 9:00AM to 5:30PM + 2nd 2:30PM to 11:00PM + 3rd 10:00PM to 6:30AM **Job Responsibilities:** + Reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos + Skillful writing simple correspondence + Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers + Experience with Production Management System (Radius), Desktop PC, Excel, Word and Outlook. + Inspect material and products for accuracy and quality + Safely operates and inspects pre-staging equipment such as cranes, mounting stations, and plate cutters. + Participates with cleanup and maintenance duties + Other duties as assigned **Requirements:** + High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus one year of print manufacturing, production, or operations experience + Prior training or certification in print preferred but not required + Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 70 lbs. with assistance. + Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed + Ability to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. **Benefits:** + Weekly pay with pay rates between $18.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on shift + Full-Time Associates will receive competitive pay and consistent weekly hours + Health, dental, and vision insurance options + 401(k) plan available + Opportunity for growth and long-term career development **Location:** + El Dorado Hills, CA **Ready to Get Started?** Apply now to schedule your interview today! **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
