This role is responsible for driving leasing performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting consistent occupancy across multiple assets. This is a salaried position (no commissions) and is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in leasing and property operations.DutiesConduct apartment tours and professionally present apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood highlightsMaintain in-depth knowledge of assigned buildings, floor plans, pricing, policies, and local market conditionsTrack competitive inventory, rental trends, and market positioning to support pricing and leasing strategyPrepare lease documentation and coordinate execution in accordance with internal proceduresGuide prospective residents through the leasing cycle from inquiry to application approvalCollect, review, and process applicant documentation accurately and in compliance with standards and regulationsExecute marketing and outreach initiatives to maximize lead flow and achieve occupancy goalsServe as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospects and residents regarding availability, pricing, and property policiesExperience & RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of residential leasing experienceProven background in property management or real estate administrative rolesExperience working with higher-end or urban apartment communities preferredBachelor's degree preferredMust be available to work SaturdaysStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/property management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong client service orientation with a results-driven mindsetBenefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance#ZIPDH BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
