Job Description

This part-time role is approximately 20 hours per week. Initially, the position will be on-site 5 days per week, with a planned transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). In this capacity, you will be providing administrative support for the Corporate HR team, including (but not limited to): recruitment, employee on/off-boarding, time card processing, employee recordkeeping and general administrative support.Your most critical deliverables for this role are:Review time cards for designated groups (either in a primary or back-up capacity) and escalate exceptions accordingly Scan relevant hiring and termination documentation and maintain e-filesUpdate and file payroll documents and reportsSupport new hire onboarding including, verifying I-9 documentation, completing E-Verify process, and preparing internal communicationsCreate new hire ERP Address Book numbers and update HR data in Active Directory Post policies and other documents to HR SharePoint and ADP PortalsAssist with monthly insurance invoice payments and preparing ad hoc wire requests WHO YOU AREYour colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have: Collegiate education and/or applicable certifications3-5 years HR experience2 years in a corporate setting that utilizes automated HR workflowsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience working with HRIS; ADP WFN and E-Time strongly preferredExceptional communication and organizational skillsHigh degree of discretion with confidential informationAbility to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail**You must be within commutable distance of Tarrytown, NY and must not require any form of visa sponsorship.**If you feel you are a good "fit" for our company and this role, please submit you application!
