This position is responsible for reviewing rider-related incidents, investigating complaints, and adjudicating cases based on a pre-defined program. The role works cross-functionally with Customer Service, Local Operations, and Government Relations to ensure incidents are handled accurately, fairly, and in alignment with company policies and city expectations. **Responsibilities:** Review and investigate rider-related incidents. Assess and respond to reports of reckless or unsafe riding behavior. Evaluate complaints from city stakeholders related to rider conduct. Conduct thorough investigations and adjudicate incidents based on established policies and evidence. Document findings clearly and maintain accurate investigation records. Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate when appropriate. **Required Skill** 2+ years of experience in investigations, compliance, trust & safety, risk, or incident review roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review reports, complaints, and supporting evidence to determine outcomes. Experience documenting investigation findings clearly and maintaining accurate case records. Ability to apply established policies and guidelines to make fair, consistent adjudication decisions. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail when preparing investigation documentation. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, customer support, and external stakeholders. Experience reviewing rider, transportation, or mobility-related incidents. Experience working with case management, ticketing, or incident tracking systems.
