POSITION SUMMARYThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing oversite to standard costing. This position will maintain costing standards and business case analysis on footprint moves. Candidates must have experience in the manufacturing, plant or automotive industry. CORE FUNCTIONS• Analyze financial data needed for annual standard costing. Supporting finance, engineering, and operations on delivering timely and accurate standards across the organization. • Support Operations with financial analysis of cost savings initiatives, working closely with Continuous Improvement team to calculate and validate the financial impact of each project. • Maintain business case analysis, working closely with strategic teams to ensure we deliver the most accurate lean cost available. These projects range from bottom SKU level to M&A support to company positioning. • Assist the team with all other duties as assigned; this may include accounting accounts payable and accounts receivable, costing, inventory, internal control, cash management, internal financial reporting, and budgeting. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. • Roughly 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting the accounting function, or QA, Inventory Control, Purchasing, or Operations is required. • Experience using ERP systems and report writer functionality Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge• Skilled in 10-key.• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.• Ability to add, subtract, and compute financial ratios consistent with accounting education basic requirements. • Ability to apply and identify concerns or recommendations.• Strong analytical skills needed.Travel• Occasional travel between plant locations may be required.About RealTruckRealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts around the world.
