From coolers to fountains, everything we place in an account needs to be clean, functional, and ready to perform.As our Equipment Hub Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing, repairing, and managing the equipment that supports our customers across Oregon. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and essential to keeping our operation running smoothly.If you like working with tools, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work out in the field-this is a role you can take pride in.What You'll DoEquipment Prep, Repair & Refurbishment Inspect returned and stored equipment to assess condition and functionality Perform cleaning, refurbishment, and basic repairs to prepare equipment for redeployment Identify recurring issues and provide feedback on equipment condition and lifecycle needs Staging, Inventory & Distribution Pull, stage, label, and prepare equipment for delivery, installs, and events Maintain accurate inventory records including condition, location, and readiness Support ordering of equipment, parts, and supplies to keep inventory levels on track Equipment Movement & Logistics Load and unload equipment safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools Prepare and document equipment movement in line with company procedures Support distribution of equipment across multiple company locations Shop Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment hub Follow all safety procedures and properly operate tools and equipment Assist with disposal, recycling, and tracking of damaged or end-of-life equipment Communication & Coordination Work closely with Service, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure equipment is ready when needed Communicate proactively about equipment availability, shortages, or delays What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, equipment, or systems Experience with mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems (or willingness to learn) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks A dependable, team-first mindset Bonus Points If You Have: Equipment installation or service experience Technical certifications or trade background Experience working in warehouse or field service environments What to Expect A hands-on, physical role working in a warehouse environment and occasionally in the field Regular use of tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, and service equipment Lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment (with support tools available) A schedule that may vary based on business needs, with overtime as required Opportunity to obtain refrigeration certification within 12 months Why Bigfoot?We're a family-owned company with deep roots in Oregon-and we take pride in how we operate.In this role, your work shows up everywhere-every cooler, every piece of equipment, every account.
